Sam - Hi, Peter. Have you seen the official program? Have you noticed that we are supposed to send back our personal details as well as our preferences concerning the afternoon workshops?

Peter - Hi, Sam. Yes, I have already filled mine in but I haven't submitted it yet because I wanted to discuss it with you. What about splitting up on Friday and Saturday afternoon? Then we'll be free to attend the workshop of our choice. I would rather go to the seminar on Robotics in Space whereas I imagine you'd prefer...

Sam - Actually, No. I'd love to hear what they've got to say about the robotics and space travel. And the presenter is a well-known British scientist and researcher, Nigel Shadbolt. I have read several of his publications on the internet, and they're fascinating.

Peter - OK, then what do you think about the second afternoon workshops? I think the presentation on production and testing of humanoid robots should be very interesting.

Sam - I agree. I'll fill in my form tonight and submit it as soon as possible because workshop places are limited. But as we are coming back on Saturday afternoon, I think I'll skip the workshops on the second day and I will visit the main arena instead. That's where the big companies will be displaying their latest products in the field of AI and robotics.

Peter - You're right. We can follow the rest of the workshops after we get back to Vienna. All the presentations will be accessible via the website for ten days after the conference has closed.
